THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June ___, 2009 by and between Lee County, Illinois (the “County”) and FPL Energy Illinois Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("FPLE Illinois Wind"). The County and FPLE Illinois Wind may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and together, as the “Parties.”
