A4.4 Prices should be inclusive of fuel surcharges; and this will set for the first 6 months, after this initial period, Suppliers will be able to approach the GPS Category Management team to request a variation. This approach ensures stability and standardisation of price for Clients, but also accepts that fuel prices have a volatile history. The process for monitoring and requesting a fuel price variation is outlined in the Framework Agreement at Schedule 7 – Value for Money.
