The Grantor whose name appears on the Application is establishing a Coverdell Education Savings Trust Account (ESA) under Section 530 for the benefit of the Designated Beneficiary whose name appears on the Application exclusively to pay for the qualified elementary, secondary, and higher education expenses, within the meaning of Section 530(b)(2), of such Designated Beneficiary.
