This is an Agreement and Attestation (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) between the State of Missouri, Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) and (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”) for the distribution of supplemental payments from federal funds as provided in Section 8.315 of Truly Agreed To and Finally Passed SS SCS HCS HB 2008 (100th General Assembly, 2020).
