This is an agreement (“AGREEMENT”) between the Marin County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association, the Marin County Fire Battalion Chiefs’ Association, the Firefighters’ Association, and the Marin County Sheriff's Staff Officers’ Association (“SAFETY LABOR GROUPS”) and the County of Marin (“COUNTY,” collectively “the PARTIES”).

requirements. The employee will first exhaust all available paid leave (up to 80 hours) under the FFCRA/EPSL for reasons listed as qualifying reasons for leave under the FFCRA, not to be deducted from the employee’s previously accrued sick time.
