This is a user agreement between you and GreenBox POS (“GreenBox”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your use of the mobile payment application and platform, “Coyni” (or the “Services”). This user agreement and the agreements, policies, and documents referenced and therefore incorporated herein (“Agreement”, “User Agreement”, “Terms”, or “Terms of Use”), constitute a legally binding contract between you and GreenBox. This Agreement contains provisions that govern how claims between you and GreenBox are resolved, including a mandatory binding arbitration clause and a class action waiver.
