Crace + Beam CPAs, LLC (“firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is pleased to provide (“you” or “client”), a partnership, with the professional services described below. This letter and the attached terms and conditions addendum (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitute the complete and entire agreement and understanding of the scope of our engagement and the terms governing our engagement with you. The engagement between you and our firm will be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
