This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the County of Orange and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 501, AFL-CIO as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for the County Craft and Plant Engineer Unit for the period beginning June 26, 2015 through June 22, 2018. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective March 1, 2016.
