This Crafter’s License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas, acting on behalf of the University of Arkansas, an institution of the State of Arkansas, having its principal place of business at Broyles Athletics Center; 350 N. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (“UA”) and the undersigned individual, (“Licensee”).
