Notwithstanding the foregoing, on that wWork covered by the agreement between the Union and the Construction Labour Relations Association of British Columbia for Structural Steel Erection or work covered by the Road Building Industry Standard Agreement or the Hydraulic Dredging Agreement or the Standard Piledriving, Dipper, Clamshell Dredging Agreement, such work shall be performed under the conditions set out in the aforementioned agreements.
