This Agreement for Creative and Media Placement Services (the “Agreement”) is dated August 6, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), and is between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (“District”) and Richard L. Davis, Inc., a Florida corporation, d/b/a Spark Inc. (“Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to in this Agreement singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.
