JAMCOPY's creator affiliation is open to all rightsholders in respect of text and image-based works in which they own the copyright or control secondary uses that include reprographic reproduction. This excludes works created during the course of employment, in which the copyright is vested in the Employer under your employment agreement, as well as works created under service contracts in which the copyright is vested in the Contractor.
