These terms of service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you as the “Creator” (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) and Bose Corporation and its corporate affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Bose,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). These Terms apply to your use of the Bose Creator Tool and Radar (together, the “Services”) and authorize Creator to use the Bose Creator Tool to create AR Content for the purpose of such content being made available to Radar end users in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
