VISA/ MASTERCARD CARD CARDHOLDER AGREEMENTCredit Card-I Services Agreement • November 1st, 2019
THIS AGREEMENT is made between RHB ISLAMIC BANK (680329-V), a licensed bank incorporated in and under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered office at Level 10, Tower One, RHB Centre, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Cardholder WHEREAS the Principal Cardholder has requested and RHB Islamic Bank has at the request of the Principal Cardholder agreed to issue to the Principal Cardholder the Principal Card and allow the Principal Cardholder to use the Principal Card and where applicable, issue to the Supplementary Cardholder the Supplementary Card and allow the Supplementary Cardholder to use the Supplementary Card upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement. The signature on and/or use of the Card shall constitute acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions as contained in this Agreement.
