This CREDIT UNDERWRITING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into to be effective as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between ENOVA INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Enova International”), and CASH AMERICA INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Texas corporation (“Parent”).
