This is the Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the member) and H.P.C. CREDIT UNION (“Credit Union”), a Credit Union, whose principal place of business is located at 1234 W. Chisholm St., Alpena, MI 49707 regarding your Accounts with the Credit Union. By establishing an Account with the Credit Union, you agree that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Credit Union. It includes and incorporates your Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Funds Availability Disclosure, and other documents relevant to your Account.
