CUSTOMER» («Customer Name») intend to enter into Contract No. 09PB-######, Slice/Block Power Sales Agreement (Slice Agreement). This Creditworthiness Agreement (Agreement) is only applicable to the Slice Agreement. BPA and «Customer Name» are sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and jointly as “Parties.”
