The Manager, having been awarded the Contracts for the Management of the Vessels owned by the various persons as set out in the Schedules hereto, or as amended by Addenda to this Agreement and wishing the Crewing Agent to assist with the provision of crew thereto has appointed the Crewing Agent in that capacity.
