• To the extent that local operating regulations require a license to operate personal watercrafts, tenders or auxiliary vessels, the CHARTERER warrants that the OPERATOR will hold such license.

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to charter. The balance for half-, sunset and full-day charters is required 7 days prior to departure; the balance overnight charters is required 14 days prior to departure. These balances are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the charter minus a 30% cancellation fee. We accept major credit cards or cash; please call us if you prefer to pay by cheque.
