CRISIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT effective as of July 14, 2014 (this “Agreement”), by and between Windsor Petroleum Transport Corporation, with its principal place of business at c/o Frontline Ltd., PO Box HM 1593, Par-la-Ville Place, 14 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda, and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) and AMA Capital Partners LLC, a New York limited liability company with its principal place of business at 405 Lexington Avenue, 67th Floor, New York, NY 10174 (“AMA”).
