The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “corporation”), subject to The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), the regulations made pursuant to the Act, and the Federal/Provincial AgriInsurance Agreement, agrees to insure the insured in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract, in any crop year during the term of this contract, and agrees to pay to the insured:

of a duly executed application for in- surance on a form prescribed by the Corporation. The contract shall consist of the accepted Application, the Basic Provisions, the Crop Provisions, the Special Provisions, the county Actu- arial Table, and any amendments or options thereto. Changes made in the contract shall not affect its continuity from year to year. No indemnity shall be paid unless the insured complies with all terms and conditions of the contract. The forms referred to in the contract are available at the offices of the crop insurance agent.
