Agreement to Insure: In return for the payment of the premium, and subject to all of the provisions of this policy, the company agrees with the insured to provide the insurance as stated in the policy. If a conflict exists among the policy provisions, the order of priority is as follows: (1) The Special Provisions; (2) the Commodity Exchange Endorsement; (3) these Crop Provisions; and (4) the Basic Provisions, with (1) controlling (2), etc.
