This Cross License Agreement Between Intuitive and Hansen (“Agreement”) is dated and made effective as of the Effective Date by and between Intuitive Surgical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Intuitive”), and Hansen Medical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Hansen”).
