The information and external links contained within this document [collectively known as, the “contract”] contain: (1) information on the contract between you and Royal Caribbean International [the “ticket contract”] and (2) additional terms, conditions and limitations between you and Easy Dream Vacations and Tours in regard to the cruise. In no way does this document form a contract between you as the passenger and the musical group known as “The Whiskeybelles”. This document contains important limitations on your rights and constitute a legally binding contract between you and Easy Dream Vacations and Tours (as defined below). Please read carefully all the terms of this contract, paying particular attention to information in regard to the Royal Caribbean International ticket (below) and Easy Dream Vacations and Tours supplemental terms and conditions and retain them for your future reference.

Your ticket is the Cruise Contract (available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract). The forms needed for your vacation can be completed online by registering and logging into disneycruise.com and selecting "My Disney Cruise" or you will receive this package within 28 days of sailing. Carefully read your Cruise Contract, as it contains important terms and conditions which govern your cruise vacation and affect your legal rights. It must be signed by all Guests prior to embarking any Disney Cruise Line ship. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions contained in the Cruise Contract, these Terms and Conditions, the terms of any Disney Cruise Line advertisement or offer, and the oral or written representations of any Disney Cruise Line representative, the terms and conditions contained in the Cruise Contract shall control.

THE WORD “YOU” REFERS TO ALL PERSONS BOOKING OR PURCHASING THE CRUISE OR LAND + SEA JOURNEYS (INCLUDING, WHERE APPLICABLE, THE LAND TRIP AND/OR AIR PACKAGE) OR TRAVELING UNDER THIS CONTRACT AND PERSONS IN THEIR CARE INCLUDING ANY MINOR, AND THEIR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES. THE WORDS “WE” AND “US” REFER TO THE OWNER, PROVIDER AND THE OTHER HOLLAND AMERICA LINE AND SEABOURN COMPANIES, ALL OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED IN CLAUSE A.1 BELOW. CERTAIN OTHER PERSONS AND ENTITIES, AS WELL AS THE SHIP ITSELF, ARE ALSO GRANTED RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
