This Product Agreement, including all attachments and addenda (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Cultivate Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 326 Ritch Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cultivate”) and the organization (“Customer”) set forth in the Order Form that references this Agreement. This Agreement is effective on the date the initial Order Form is fully executed by the parties (the “Effective Date”).
