This AGREEMENT is made as of the day of , 20 , by and between Palm Beach County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of Commissioners (COUNTY), and THE CENTER FOR ARTS & INNOVATION, INC., (GRANTEE), authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose Federal I.D. is 83-2727388 (individually, PARTY, and collectively, PARTIES).
