THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Dallas, a Texas municipal corporation, of Dallas County, Texas (hereafter “City”), acting by and through its duly authorized officers, and , (“Grantee”), a Texas , acting by and through its authorized officers. City and Grantee may be referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as “the Parties”.
