This forms an agreement between Culture Excellence (“CE” or “data importer”) and the sales partner of CE (“Sales Partner” or “data exporter”) (individually referred as the “Party” and jointly referred as the “Parties”) and enters into force along with the Parties’ conclusion of a commercial agreement regarding CE’s deliveries of services to the Sales Partner or to customers of the Sales Partner (i.e. End-customers).
