This Curatorial and Custodial Transfer Agreement (Agreement), effective as of the date of the last approving signature (Effective Date), is between the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and the Smithsonian Institution, through its National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) (collectively the Parties).
