THIS CURBSIDE RECYCLING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of May, 2002, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER"), and Waste Management Inc. of Florida., whose business address is 4500 Exchange Avenue, Naples, FL 34104 (hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR").
