THIS CURBSIDE RECYCLING CONTRACT made and entered into this day of _, 2022, by and between Curbside Management, Inc., a North Carolina corporation, with its principal Office located in Asheville, North Carolina (hereinafter called “Contractor”) and the town of Woodfin, a North Carolina municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter referred to as “Town”).
