The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees covered by this Collective Agreement and to provide an orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions.
