THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Thien Farm Management, Inc., 101 East Graham Avenue, Council Bluffs, IA 51503, hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called “City”.
