This is a legally binding agreement, so please read this document carefully to understand the key terms of your Community Solar Generation Customer Solar Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”). Under this Agreement you will pay a Fee in exchange for receiving Solar Credits on your Utility bill. You will not own the solar generation system that generates Solar Credits or any part of it.
