The participant individual named below, a legal minor under the age of 18 of whom I am the parent or legal guardian, (referred to as "my child") desires to visit the office of Cvent, Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 1765 Greensboro Station Place 7th Floor, Tysons Corner, Virginia 22102 in order to participate in the HackTJ Hackathon. In consideration for the agreement of Cvent, Inc. or its affiliates (together "Cvent") to allow my child’s admission onto Cvent’s premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows on behalf of me and my child:
