The Trinity Cyber File Inspection Platform is offered as a federated Application Programming Interface (API) service. Trinity Cyber’s file inspection service, file parser application, program modules, test suites and tools are collectively referred to as the Service or API’s, interchangeably. By accessing or using the Service, or any associated software, you agree and consent to these Terms of Service including terms herein that limit our liability or affect your legal rights, any referenced and incorporated guidelines and policies, terms within the accompanying API documentation, and any additional terms specific to your particular use of the Service that become part of your agreement with Trinity Cyber (collectively, the “Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent to us that you have authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms, and that the business accepts these Terms.
