This Third-Party Profile Agreement (“Agreement”) is between CyberGRX, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its primary place of business at 1601 19th Street, Suite 350, Denver, Colorado 80202 (“CyberGRX”), and the company identified on the signature page hereto (“Company”). The Agreement is effective as of the date of last signature (“Effective Date”). CyberGRX and Company are each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
