This Service Level Agreement (SLA) documents the information technology (IT) support services provided by the Clark County Information Technology (CCIT) Department and the SCOPE II User Agencies for support of SCOPE II Services. The ultimate objective of this Agreement is to document internal IT support group services and processes to ensure high- quality and timely delivery of project and production support of SCOPE II Services to customers. This SLA directly addresses the internal IT structure required to support SCOPE II customer requirements.

(“ORock”, “us” or “we”) Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of ORock’s cloud products and other product offerings under the terms of the Agreement. This SLA applies separately to each account using ORock’s cloud products and other product offerings Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the Agreement and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified therein. The terms of this SLA may be altered in accordance with the Agreement.
