(“Licensee” , “User”) and Digital Arts Inc. (“DAJ”), a Japanese corporation having offices located at Otemachi First Square, West tower 14F, 1-5-1,Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, regarding certain DAJ software or other products as defined as the “Product” herein below. This Agreement supersedes any agreement activated by or in force as a result of the installation or operation of the Product by the Licensee.
