We are excited to start grooving together! The purpose of this waiver of liability (the “Waiver”) is to openly communicate the risks of dancing with us, either in person or online, and have you release the Academy of Dance Arts of any liability. Please be aware that if you do not sign this Waiver and agree to its terms, you will not be permitted to participate in any activity.

Before you begin your first class with us, whether online or in person, we need you to clearly understand the risks of participating in our dance classes. The purpose of this release and waiver (the “Waiver”) is to communicate the risks of dancing together in an open and honest way and have you release Dione Lopes Dance & Fitness of any liability. Please be aware that if you do not sign this Waiver and agree to its terms, we will not let you participate in our dance classes.
