The Liberal Party, the Social Democratic Party, the Danish People’s Party, the Socialist People’s Party, the Conservative Party, the Radical Liberal Party and the Liberal Alliance Party have en- tered into the following agreement regarding Danish Defence for the period 2010-1014.

Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland have a special responsibility for defence and security in the region. The funding of 1.5 bn DKK in 2023 comes from the Supplemental Defence Agreement of 2019.
