These Dashboard Terms between BW and the School apply to the School’s (and its Authorised User’s) access to and use of Dashboard and the Benchmark Data. The School acknowledges and agrees that by accepting these Dashboard Terms the School represents that it has authority to enter into these Dashboard Terms and that it agrees to be bound by the terms set out herein. In consideration of BW making Dashboard and the Benchmark Data available to the School (and its Authorised Users), the School agree to be bound by and comply with these Dashboard Terms.
