Data Authorization Agreement (the “Data Authorization Agreement” or “Agreement”) applies to banking services (“Banking Services”) provided by Live Oak Banking Company (“Live Oak Bank”) and services (“Anatomy Services”) provided by Anatomy Financial, Inc. (“Anatomy Financial”) that the business entity for whom you are an authorized representative (the “Customer”) may access, utilize, or receive from time to time from Bank or Anatomy Financial.
