This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“License”) is made July 1, 2020 by and between the County of Riverside, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Riverside Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”). County and Licensee may be referred to collectively herein as “the Parties.”
