This Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into, to be effective 2024, by and between Augusta, Georgia (“Augusta”), a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through the Augusta Aviation Commission for the Augusta Regional Airport (“Airport”) and Rasier, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware (“TNC”).
