This Data Processor Addendum (the “DPA”) by and between customer as identified below (the “Customer”) and either Accellion, Inc. or Accellion Pte Ltd (each together with its affiliated companies, “Accellion”) forms part of the agreement (the “Agreement”) between Customer and Accellion. It is entered into for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”).

This Data Processor Addendum (“DPA”), as amended from time to time, is an integral part of the Terms of Service available at https://ermetic.com/terms-of-service/ to which this DPA is linked or other agreement governing the use of Ermetic’s services ("Agreement") by and among the applicable entity of Ermetic with which the Agreement was executed (”Ermetic”) and the entity or entities who are a party to the Agreement. This DPA shall have effect on the date the Agreement becomes effective.
