These terms and conditions apply to the Data Recipient Order Form and form part of the data recipient agreement (the “DRA” or the “Agreement”) between Cboe Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 6547680 whose registered office is located at 5th Floor 11 Monument Street, London, EC3R 8AF, (“Cboe”) and the Recipient, as defined in the Data Recipient Order Form (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
