This DATA SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between General Commission LLC, a Kansas Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business located at 5250 W 116th Place Ste 200 Leawood, KS 66211 (“General Commission” or “Company”) and Customer (as defined in the related Services Agreement, Order Form, or customer account). This Agreement describes the Terms & Conditions under which General Commission will make its Offerings available to Customer.
