This Amendment to the Data Subscription Agreement for AWS Marketplace (the “Amendment”) is part of the Data Subscription Agreement for AWS Marketplace (the “Agreement”) between a Subscriber and a Provider. This Amendment amends and supplements the Agreement, the terms and conditions of which are incorporated herein by reference, as expressly set forth herein.
