This Data Use Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of September 4, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Gnosis IQ L.L.C. (“Contractor”) and Casa Grande Union High School District (“Covered Entity”). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide Contractor with access to a Limited Data Set (“LDS”) for use in the following titled product implementation: Gnosis IQ customer integration and implementation under the direct supervision of Ben Smith, in accord with the FERPA Regulations.
